A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.Opportunity:/nRN - OR/n/nJob Details:/n• Work 3x12 hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM/n• 36 guaranteed hours per week/n• Weekend hours as required by facility/n• Call requirements as needed by facility/n• Float requirements as required by facility/n• 2+ years of OR experience required/n• Current RN license (must meet criteria for Missouri licensure or currently licensed in Missouri)/n• BLS certification from AHA required/n• Flu vaccination required for all travelers from November 1-April 1 (exemptions must be client approved)/n• Work in 11 operating rooms with 1:1 patient ratios/n• Utilize Stryker equipment and EPIC EMR system/n• Provide surgical and operating room patient care/n• Scrub color: Ceil Blue (supplied by facility)/n• Utilize nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care and maintain professional accountability/n• Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality/n/nFacility:/nThis healthcare facility has been a healing presence in southwestern Missouri for over a century, providing compassionate medical and specialty care.
