We're hiring motivated individuals who keep things moving - and we don't take that lightly.Every role makes an impact.Preferred Qualifications:Associate degree in Electronics or Electronics Technology (or equivalent experience)IPC-A-610 (CIS) certification or the ability to obtainMinimum 1 year of experience with Flying Probe or In-Circuit Test (ICT) programmingMilitary electronics training is considered instead of formal educationPhysical Requirements:Frequently lift 10-15 lbs.; occasionally up to 25 lbs.Key Responsibilities:Analyze production schedules, board complexity, and equipment availability to select optimal testing platformsDevelop and maintain flying probe test programs using CAD data, BOMs, and schematicsDebug and validate test programs using schematics and component datasheetsTroubleshoot and resolve test failures and equipment issues to minimize downtimePerform board-level and test-level diagnostics to ensure product qualityCollaborate with Test Operators and cross-functional teams to ensure proper implementationMonitor workflow and adjust priorities to meet production deadlines and throughput goalsAssist with task coordination and team support as neededMore Than Just a Paycheck.Real support.
