Manages vendors onsite during scheduled events, ensuring site rules/regulations are being abided. Advise client and vendors on approved floor plan for furniture, food and beverage, event lighting and entertainment. Supervise load-in, installation and load-out of vendors and equipment. Follow the load-in schedule and ensure event preparation does not interfere with the sites normal functions during public hours. Coordinate and communicate event logistics with site team members and vendors. Oversee safety of guests, vendors, staff and the building (checking egress and ensuring cables are taped, etc.)Act as an on-site liaison for clients and vendors. Problem solve during production setup/tear down and event duration to manage guests, clients, and vendors to deliver a positive experience.
