Job OverviewPay Range: $46hr - $51hrRequirement/Must HaveBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Technician Degree, or equivalent work experience.AutoCAD Electrical experience.PLC programming experience with Rockwell, Mitsubishi, and Siemens platforms.Electrical hardware design and modification experience.Experience with equipment demolition, installation, and commissioning.Ability to travel and work in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.Strong multitasking and teamwork skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.ExperienceExperience developing and modifying HMI applications using Pro-face hardware and GP-Pro software.Experience creating and modifying PLC programs using Allen-Bradley, Yaskawa, Toyopuc, and Siemens hardware.Experience creating and modifying Safety PLC programs using Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms.Experience creating and modifying hardware, panel, and field device layouts.Experience supervising installation and commissioning activities for industrial automation projects.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop HMI applications for industrial automation systems.Create, modify, test, and validate PLC programs.Develop and maintain Safety PLC programs and safety control systems.Create and update hardwire layouts, panel layouts, and field device layouts.Perform project risk assessments related to bid selection, hardware procurement, and installation schedules.Supervise engineers, electricians, and millwrights during installation activities.Provide technical guidance and resolve construction and installation issues.Support full-line commissioning activities before, during, and after project installation.Verify and validate system designs during customer buyoffs.Should HaveStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.Experience working in manufacturing, stamping press, or industrial automation environments.SkillsPLC Programming.Safety PLC Programming.HMI Development.AutoCAD Electrical.Studio 5000.RSLinx.IAB.MPE720.PCwin.Memosoft.Simatic Step 7.Electrical Hardware Design.Industrial Automation.Installation and Commissioning.Risk Assessment.Technical Documentation.Qualification And EducationBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related field.A technician degree with relevant industry experience may be considered.Equivalent work experience in controls engineering and industrial automation.Founded in 2010 and headquartered in the Washington, DC metro area, Cynet Systems Inc. is a leading staffing and recruiting powerhouse.
