The role requires strong experience managing capital, building strategies, and implementing risk management frameworks.Key Responsibilities Manage trading capital across multiple strategies. Lead research and development of trading strategies. Supervise execution and ensure efficient trade management. Lead teams including researchers, developers, and execution traders. Monitor portfolio performance and risk exposure. Optimize strategies for stable returns and controlled drawdowns. Conduct post-trade analysis and strategy review meetings with the team Coordinate with Fund Manager on position sizing, portfolio rebalancing, and capital allocation Ensure all trading activities comply with regulatory requirements (SEBI, margin, position limits) Mentor team members on market microstructure, risk management, and execution best practices Coordinate with developers to improve trading infrastructure.Required Skills Deep understanding of equity markets, options, and futures. Strong experience in derivatives trading strategies. Understanding of portfolio management and capital allocation. Ability to analyze performance metrics such as Sharpe ratio and drawdown. Leadership skills to manage research and trading teams.EducationPreferred background in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics. CFA, NISM certifications, or equivalent trading qualifications are preferred.
