Bid Coordinator
Role DescriptionThis full-time Bid Coordinator role is on-site and located in Newnan, GA. The Bid Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating bid activities, preparing proposals, and ensuring all submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage the full bid process from invitation to submission Review bid documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements Prepare and assemble bid packages, proposals, and supporting documentation Solicit and track subcontractor and supplier bids Maintain and update bid logs, contact lists, and vendor databases Ensure all deadlines are met and submissions comply with client requirements Communicate with estimators, project managers, subcontractors, and clients Assist with prequalification documents and RFQs/RFPs Organize and maintain digital and physical bid files Support the estimating and preconstruction team as needed Qualifications2+ years of experience in construction, estimating, or bid coordination (commercial preferred) Strong understanding of construction documents and terminology Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with construction software is a plus Proficiency in BluebeamExcellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred QualificationsExperience with bid management platforms (BuildingConnected, Procore, PlanHub, etc.) Familiarity with subcontractor outreach and scope review Background in preconstruction or estimating support Why Join UsOpportunity to work on diverse commercial projects Collaborative and growth-focused team Competitive compensation and benefits
