Assistant Project Manager
Position Summary:The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will be responsible for supporting the Project Management (PM) team in overseeing commercial projects from start to finish. The APM helps to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. They work closely with PMs within the Titan system to move projects along the timeline.Essential Job Functions/Duties:Assist the Project Manager in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and cost estimatesCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and servicesReview and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and change ordersMonitor site prep and manufacturing progress to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standardsCommunicate regularly with clients, designers, and project managers to ensure project success Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field2+ years of experience in commercial manufacturing project managementStrong knowledge of construction drawings, change orders, and construction schedulesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cost estimating and value engineeringFamiliarity with the manufacturing/project management software Titan is a plusOSHA certification Critical Skills: Ability to interpret construction drawings, change orders, and project specificationsAbility to communicate across multiple teamsAbility to identify problems, evaluate solutions, and find the best fitAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deliverables and deadlinesAbility to share responsibilities well within the team and actively share knowledge to achieve common goalsAdditional Notes:
