Responsibilities: Manage the recruiting process, including: posting on appropriate sites, resume review and formatting, reference checks, interviews, offer process, and documentation through applicant tracking systemDevelop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies through social media, networking, and direct-recruiting efforts to attract the most appropriate talentEffectively guide candidate through interview, hiring, salary negotiations, and post-hire processesProactively recruit and manage the on-going development of a candidate pipelineDrive revenue growth within the greater Atlanta market for the Accounting and Finance PracticePartner with business development professionals to achieve monthly/annual sales goalsServe as a recruiting subject matter expert to help educate the business development team on the market and recruiting best practicesPartner with business development professionals to consult with client companies on effective recruitment and hiring strategiesActively prospect for new business opportunities Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/collegePrevious experience in a sales, marketing, recruiting, or similar position preferredAbility to work well in a team environmentExceptional communication, organization and problem-solving skillsHighly motivated self-starter, capable of developing and pursuing a plan with minimal supervision
