We are committed to delivering excellent outcomes, personalized care, and a seamless patient experience.Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive revenue by converting warm leads into scheduled new patient evaluations. This role is vital to our growth strategy and directly supports our mission of delivering high-impact, high-value care to patients seeking real solutions to chronic pain and functional limitations.As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for prospective patients. Your goal is to guide them confidently toward booking their initial evaluation, while addressing questions, providing clarity, and overcoming objections with empathy and skill.Key ResponsibilitiesPromptly follow up with inbound leads via phone, text, and email (within 1 minute whenever possible)Build rapport quickly and guide potential patients through the decision-making processConvert warm leads into scheduled and paid evaluationsAddress and overcome common objections around cost, value, time, and uncertaintyAccurately present our service offerings and clearly articulate the benefits of our care modelCoordinate with clinical and front desk teams to ensure seamless handoffs and a positive patient experienceMaintain detailed and organized records of all interactions using our CRM systemMeet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs including:Contact rateConversion to scheduled visitsShow rateCollaborate with leadership to continuously refine scripts, objection handling, and overall sales processRequired Qualifications3+ years of B2C sales experience (phone-based sales)Experience in healthcare, wellness, coaching, or other high-ticket service environmentsKnowledge or experience with the services we provideExcellent verbal and written communication skillsConfident handling objections and navigating conversations around pricing and care decisionsSelf-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityComfortable with performance-based compensation and KPI trackingFamiliarity with CRM systems (we use High Level)Tech-savvy; able to quickly learn and operate multiple platforms (CRM, VoIP, SMS, scheduling software, etc.)Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.A glass-half-full kind of person.Passion for your health and wellness and that of others.BenefitsBase Salary: $60,000-70,000/year depending on experienceOn-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000-$100,000401(k)Health insurancePaid time off
