We offer a carefully curated clinical environment and a patient-first culture that prioritizes craft, intention, and results.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurially minded licensed esthetician or aesthetician to join the practice on a contract, revenue-share basis.This is not a salaried position. There is no base pay. What we offer instead is a percentage of all revenue you generate through the practice -- services you perform, clients you attract, and referrals that convert. Your income scales directly with your book. For a provider with an established following or a strong local network, this structure offers the upside of ownership without the overhead, lease liability, or administrative burden of running your own operation.The EnvironmentYou would be operating inside a fully built-out, professionally managed medical spa suite in West End/Foggy Bottom/Georgetown Area - one of DC's most affluent and aesthetically engaged corridors. The space is equipped, the brand is established, and the clinical culture is led by a board-certified DNP with a specialization in preventive aesthetics and inclusive beauty. Who This Is ForThis role is best suited for a provider who already has patients who follow them, or who is actively building a local presence and wants a credible, premium environment to grow from. Demonstrated experience with facial services; additional modalities are a plus.
