Change Manager - AI Adoption
An established organization is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Change Manager to support enterprise-wide AI transformation and adoption initiatives.This role will focus on change management solutions to integrate practical AI solutions into their day-to-day workflows. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and relationship builder who can make emerging technologies approachable, practical, and impactful across a diverse organization.Responsibilities:Design and deliver training programs, workshops, playbooks, demos, and digital learning resources focused on AI adoption and workflow optimizationLead hands-on learning sessions and interactive workshops for employees across multiple business areasPartner with internal stakeholders to identify operational inefficiencies and support automation and process improvement initiativesHelp integrate AI-enabled tools into daily workflows in a practical and user-friendly waySupport organizational change management efforts related to new technologies and evolving business processesServe as a trusted internal resource for employee education, adoption guidance, and best practicesCollaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with operational goals and user needsPromote responsible, ethical, and secure use of AI technologies and dataTrack engagement, adoption, and business impact metrics to support continuous improvement initiativesDevelop internal success stories and examples to encourage broader adoption and engagementQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceExperience supporting AI, automation, digital transformation, or technology adoption initiativesExposure to Generative AI tools and workflow automation platforms preferredAbility to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiencesExperience developing and facilitating training sessions, workshops, or employee learning programsStrong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skillsExperience supporting change management initiatives in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration toolsFully bilingual in English and Spanish requiredSelf-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously** please note this is a hybrid role - local to Miami - if you are not local your application will not be accepted
