Pricing Manager

Overview In this role you will shape pricing for bids and contracts through economic analysis and cross-functional data. You will develop competitive, profitable pricing strategies for multi-year service contracts and support the proposal process with the BD team and Finance. You’ll manage the bid model, run scenario analyses, and coordinate across departments to meet client and corporate objectives. This is a hands-on role with influence on budgeting, labor costs, and contract start-up pricing in a global mobility company. Compensation / Benefitsvacation: 2 weekssick days: 5holidays: 12 (8 standard, 4 floating)401(k) retirement planmedical, dental and visionshort-term disability ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Business Development to craft competitive pricing for RFP responsesDevelop and maintain contract pricing based on RFP requirements and scopeMaintain and adapt the Bid Model to meet bid requirementsAssist in client negotiations for new and renewed contractsManage multiple concurrent pricing projects to meet deadlinesCoordinate with BD, Finance, Operations and other departments to gather costing elementsIdentify labor, equipment, service and materials costs for bidsRead and interpret labor contracts and participate in union-related labor proposalsAnalyze financial ratios and perform scenario/sensitivity analyses for pricingPrepare client-ready pricing sheets and communicate pricing assumptions with US and Paris Finance teamsSupport startup and ongoing project reviews with bid-to-actual financial analysisPost-procurement bid analysis and review of public records responses Key requirementsBachelor’s degree in management, accounting or financeExperience developing pricing strategies and financial models for competitive, multi-year service contracts (RFP experience)Experience preparing pricing proposals for government/public-sector procurements is preferred2+ years in Transportation or related fieldsStrong understanding of financial ratios and their impact on pricing modelsExcellent communication and cross-functional liaison skillsKnowledge of contract and leasing termsStrong project management and deadline-adherence abilitiesDetail-oriented with comprehensive cost element identification for RFPsAdvanced Excel and financial analysis capabilitiesAbility to travel ~10% and accommodate flexible schedulesProficiency in Microsoft Office 365Strong communicationCross-functional collaborationProject managementMicrosoft Excel (advanced)Microsoft Office 365Financial modeling
