Position: DevOps Engineer (Python Test Automation)Location: Palo Alto, CA - 100% onsite (Local Candidates Only)Duration: 12+ month contractExperience: 12+ yearsInterview: 1 -2 video interviews – then 1 onsite (onsite interview is mandatory)Pay Rate: $75/hr on C2CEligibility: US citizens onlyOverviewWe are seeking a DevOps Engineer (Python Test Automation) to build and maintain automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate is a Python expert with strong automation experience and a passion for improving software quality and developer productivity.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and PyTest.Build and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams to improve testing and release processes.Troubleshoot automation and infrastructure issues.Improve developer workflows through automation and tooling.Required QualificationsExpert-level Python programming skills.Strong experience with PyTest, Jenkins, GitHub, and Docker.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsHardware testing experience.Technical lead or team lead experience.Familiarity with Proxmox, distributed build systems, and build tooling.
