This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex projects on time and within scope and budget.You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes, while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment and communication. This position requires a proven track record in managing multiple concurrent projects, applying structured project management methodologies, and driving results in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational vision, mission, and valuesDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholdersDevelop detailed project plans, communication strategies, and resource requirementsIdentify stakeholders and clearly define roles, responsibilities, and expectationsCommunicate project status, risks, and progress consistently to stakeholders and leadershipCoordinate project communication across departments including finance, IT, legal, facilities, and complianceBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and business partnersDefine success criteria and ensure alignment across all phases of the project lifecyclePrepare and deliver project documentation, including status reports, proposals, requirements, and presentationsEstablish reporting standards, monitor progress, and proactively resolve issues and risksManage scope changes and develop mitigation and contingency plans as neededMentor and support team members to strengthen project management capabilitiesPromote quality improvement, patient and staff safety, and a culture of inclusionEnsure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate compliance standardsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years of professional project management experienceProject management certification (PMP, Agile, or Scrum), or ability to obtain within 2 years of hireProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skillsDemonstrated success delivering complex projects on time and within scopeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to influence, negotiate, and build consensus across diverse teamsExperience working with cross-functional technical teams and external vendorsProficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office SuitePreferred QualificationsExperience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologiesPrevious leadership or management experienceStrong knowledge of risk management, change management, and quality assurance practicesWhy Join UsIn this role, you will help shape and deliver strategic initiatives that drive organizational success.
