Director of OperationsLead the action behind the scenes and shape unforgettable guest experiences. The Director of Operations will oversee venue-wide operations, driving efficiency, safety, and service excellence across all departments. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution, optimize processes, and elevate the overall guest and client experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of operations leadership experience in hospitality, sports, or entertainment venues Experience managing large teams and multiple departments Proficiency in operational planning, budgeting, and performance metrics Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and compliance regulations Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily venue operations across departments Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards Manage operational budgets and monitor financial performance Coordinate with culinary, guest services, and event teams Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency Lead, train, and develop management staff At Levy, team = family.
