We move freight for shippers across industrial, construction, and project cargo verticals. We're backed by the GlobalTranz platform, which provides us with national carrier capacity and enterprise-grade technology, while operating at the speed and accountability of a founder-led company.The RoleThis is an entry-level sales seat, phone-first. You'll spend your day calling shippers, qualifying opportunities, and learning the freight brokerage business from the ground up.You'll work directly with our Director of Account Management as your day-to-day coach, and our Construction Account Executive as your vertical mentor. You'll start by sourcing new accounts and handing them to our operations team to manage. As you build your skills, you'll earn the opportunity to manage accounts yourself at higher commission rates.What You'll DoMake outbound calls to shippers across target industriesQualify prospects, book discovery conversations, and advance opportunities through the pipelineLearn how freight is priced, quoted, and moved using Turvo (TMS), HubSpot (CRM), and DATBuild and manage your pipeline in HubSpotShadow senior reps on customer calls and absorb how deals closeHit daily activity targets and own your rampWhat We're Looking ForRecent college grad or early-career professional looking for a first real sales roleComfortable on the phone and willing to make a lot of calls every dayCoachable, competitive, and self-motivatedClear communicator, in writing and on the phoneAble to handle rejection and keep momentumBachelor's degree preferred, not required.
