Duties:
- Greet guests warmly and seat them courteously to provide a welcoming atmosphere
- Take precise food and beverage orders efficiently
- Serve meals and drinks with a positive demeanor, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Operate the cash register accurately for transactions
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist with bussing tables
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols for a hygienic environment
Skills:
- Proficiency in food preparation and handling
- Knowledge of cash register operations
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha
- Strong understanding of food safety practices
- Experience in fine dining or similar environment is advantageous
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
Requirements:
- Prior experience in food service is preferred
- Understanding of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient in providing top-notch customer service
