The new Director will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing the sales team to achieve our revenue targets.What you'll doManage the new business and expansion revenue teams for Employ's mid-market and enterprise product lines to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targetsDevelop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targetsLead teams dedicated to identifying new business opportunities and target marketsCollaborate with the marketing team to optimize marketing campaignsDevelop and implement sales training and enablement programs to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills to succeedAnalyze market trends customer/prospect feedback to influence product roadmap discussionsDevelop and maintain sales metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvementDevelop tools to optimize sales forecast accuracyWhat you'll bringBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred6 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the software industryDemonstrated track record of success in driving mid-market and enterprise sales growth and exceeding revenue targetsStrong understanding of SaaS sales techniques and methodologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a teamAbility to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions based on dataWillingness to travel as neededEmploy is an Equal Opportunity employer.
