Doctor of Medicine | Emergency Medicine Location: Hot Springs National Park, AR Employer: Wellhart, LLC Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 60 Days Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a 60-day assignment with our client in Arkansas, starting May 1, 2026. This role involves managing a diverse caseload of approximately 1.8 patients per hour across various shifts including 6a-3p, 8a-6p, 10a-10p, 2p-12a, 6p-4a, and 10p-6a. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide array of emergency procedures, such as reductions, cardioversions, moderate sedation, lacerations, chest tubes, intubations, central lines, and traumatic injury management, alongside EKG interpretation, while working collaboratively within a supportive team environment. Responsibilities and Duties Manage approximately 1.8 patients per hour. Perform a range of emergency procedures including reductions, cardioversions, moderate sedation, lacerations, chest tubes, intubations, and central lines. Address traumatic injuries. Interpret EKGs. Collaborate effectively within the department and assist team members with complex patient cases. Additional Information Board Certification in Emergency Medicine required. Experience with Epic and Dragon EMR systems. Shift hours include 6a-3p, 8a-6p, 10a-10p, 2p-12a, 6p-4a, and 10p-6a.
