It’s a hands-on position for someone who wants to build the demand engine end to end.What You’ll Do:Build Pipeline for SalesBuild marketing-generated pipeline for the sales team - focusing on qualified opportunities, with an emphasis on qualified pipeline and revenue impact.Execute and iterate on the demand generation strategy through campaigns, experiments, and funnel initiativesPlan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, paid, etc.) to drive pipeline volume and qualityPartner closely with Sales and GTM to ensure pipeline quality and conversion into revenueOptimize Conversion Across the Funnel (CRO)Own conversion rate optimization across the funnel (website, landing pages, demo flows)Analyze the buyer journey and identify drop-offs from traffic → lead → meeting → pipelineBuild and improve high-intent pages that support conversion, such as demo, landing, and solution pagesContinuously test, measure, and improve funnel performanceImprove Systems and PerformanceTrack, analyze, and report on demand generation performance to drive better outcomesUse funnel metrics to model performance and guide decisions (inputs → outputs)Improve and optimize systems, processes, and automation supporting lead capture, routing, attribution, and reportingWho You Are:Demand Generation Operator5+ years in B2B growth marketing / demand generationExperience generating pipeline for US-based B2B buyers.Experience in mid-market environmentsStrong hands-on experience with CRO, funnel building, and multi-channel campaigns.Experience working closely with Sales on lead quality and conversionStrong analytical skills - able to model funnel performance and pipeline outcomesFamiliar with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)How You WorkExec-Level Communicator - fast-paced, concise, and clear; communicates decisions with strong rationale and confidenceHigh-Autonomy Operator - moves fast, operates with ambiguity, and drives outcomes without heavy guidancePipeline Owner - thinks in revenue and pipeline, not just marketing metricsHands-On Builder - executes end-to-end; comfortable operating as a one-person demand gen ownerExperimentation-Driven - tests, learns, and iterates quickly based on dataCommercially Aware - understands buyer intent and what drives conversionScrappy and Resourceful - operates with a “figure-it-out” mindset in a lean environmentHow We Take Care of YouWith a 4.7/5 Glassdoor rating, our team genuinely loves working here.
