This role will focus on building ground-up, structured requirements documentation, while partnering closely with Operations, Client Services, and Engineering teams.The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity to extract, validate, and formalize system knowledge.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with stakeholders across Operations, Client Services, and Development (SMEs) to understand current workflows and system behaviourDocument functional requirements in EARS format (Easy Approach to Requirements Syntax) to ensure clarity, testability, and consistencyIdentify and document:Client-specific customizations and their underlying purposeKey vendor integrations (e.g., PDMI, Capital Rx) and their functional rolesAnalyse current processes to:Identify manual configurations or script-driven processesRecommend opportunities to introduce UI-driven workflows and automationCollaborate with Client Services teams to uncover implicit KPIs and SLAs that may not be formally documentedProduce comprehensive documentation to support system understanding, future enhancements, and modernization effortsAct as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure alignment and clarityRequired Skills & Experience7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex enterprise systemsMinimum 3+ years of experience in Patient Support Services (PSS) / Life Sciences domainStrong experience in requirements documentation frameworks (EARS preferred)Proven ability to work independently, drive stakeholder engagement, and manage ambiguityStrong analytical thinking and process mapping skillsExcellent communication and documentation capabilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience working with legacy system transformation or modernization initiativesFamiliarity with healthcare/pharma ecosystems and third-party integrationsExposure to tools supporting requirements management and documentation
