This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, developing dashboards, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data visualization, data engineering fundamentals, and stakeholder collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain data visualization dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.Lead end-to-end data visualization projects, ensuring data is properly defined, structured, and optimized for reporting use cases.Develop data products by gathering requirements, writing complex SQL queries, and validating large datasets.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across reporting systems.Improve and streamline processes related to data definitions, lineage, and reporting efficiency.Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, SMEs, and Data Governance teams to define business requirements and data standards.Identify data risks and ensure compliance with data policies and quality standards.Troubleshoot data issues and provide innovative solutions in ambiguous or evolving scenarios.Required Qualifications3 10 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality, and data governance principles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in enterprise data environments.Knowledge of data lineage and metadata management.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams.Best,BhavaniRecruiter | IT & Digital Marketingbhavani@nukasanigroup.comP: 630.454.0067540 W Galena Blvd, Suite 200Aurora, IL 60506
