The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational, financial, and program leadership of designated locations, with a strong focus on P&L accountability, operations, quality, and service. This role involves working closely with multiunit leaders and location teams to ensure maximum revenue, effective cost control, and the delivery of exemplary programming and superior customer service. The Vice President will also be tasked with driving key strategic initiatives, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and building a culture of excellence through the development of a high-performing team.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the early childhood education industry, including a background as a multiunit or regional leader. Current or former early childhood director credentials are required, along with a degree in early childhood education, primary education, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and cultivating high-performing teams, possess sound business acumen with P&L experience, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial, growth mindset. The role demands a hands-on, engaged approach to leadership, and the ability to communicate and execute well-thought-out strategies.
