QA Lead

Position: Quality Assurance Lead Location: Remote - Montpelier, Vermont Duration: Long Term Job Summary: Lead and coordinate quality assurance activities for enterprise applications in a structured testing environment. Apply QA methodologies, testing lifecycle (STLC), and best practices to ensure product quality. Utilize test management and defect tracking tools (preferably Azure DevOps) to manage test cases and defects. Define test coverage, acceptance criteria, and standards for test completeness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, identify risks, and resolve issues. Support both manual and automated testing efforts, including familiarity with automation tools and frameworks. Manage multiple concurrent testing activities to ensure timely project delivery. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear documentation and status updates. Optionally, provide expertise in Salesforce-based applications, API/integration testing, and system stabilization. Preferably, have experience with public sector or State government clients. Maintain required cybersecurity and software testing certifications, providing training certificates as needed.
