This role involves precision soldering of components, equipment upkeep, and ensuring all finished products meet company standards.Responsibilities:Perform soldering and rework of cell strings and modulesUse test equipment to verify workstation and soldering iron temperaturesVerify quality of soldering through imaging and electrical testingAssemble fine hand circuits with accuracyMaintain soldering and workstation equipmentFollow 5S standards and communicate production updates to incoming shiftRead labels to verify cell grade, manufacturer, and color seriesWork safely, efficiently, and support production goalsOther duties as assigned by leadershipQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred1+ year soldering experience (preferred)Ability to read and follow technical manuals and instructionsStrong attention to detail in a high-volume environmentReliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently or as part of a teamCompany Hiring Requirements:E-VerifyDrug Test7 Background Year Background CheckBenefits:HealthDentalVision401KIf you are interested in this position, please bring two unexpired forms of ID to apply!305 S.
