ApplyDescriptionSUMMARY:The Zone Business Consultant is responsible for assuring dealership performance in the Auto buying program(s) as administered by Affinity Development Group. As the pre-eminent industry leader in providing high quality member generated referrals, we are seeking automotive professionals for areas throughout the United States.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesEstablish and emphasize member and company specific requirements of participating automotive dealers with respect to pre determined vehicle pricing, program execution and member interactionInstitute and continuously reinforce relationship between the company and the participating dealer networkPromote the company's expansion of business avenues to increase referrals to the participating dealer networkProvide expertise and familiarity to the industry knowledge, direction and trends.Absolute attainment to mutually agreed upon objectives and forecastsOther duties as assignedRequirementsQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSBA/BS or 7 years automotive sales/marketing experienceAutomotive experience in F&I or Fixed Operations requiredDemonstrated negotiation and resolution skillsExceptional communication (verbal, written, presentation)Ability to adjust to a dynamic business environment with multiple simultaneous projects emphasisWilling to work irregular hoursAbility to travel up to 50% on a monthly basisExperience with a CRM toolFlexible and adaptable to change as neededProficiency in Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to work as a part of a team and individuallyMust be self-motivated and focusedAble to accept performance critique and make adjustments in a positive mannerCurrent valid Driver’s license with no major violationsMust have reliable vehicle to be used for business travel purposes (mileage will be compensated at current IRS rate)Salary Description$90,000/year plus bonus
