Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager in the Contract Glass division at Fargo Glass & Paint in our Minot, ND branch. The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating installation projects, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will involve working closely with the Branch Manager to ensure smooth operations and achieve business goals. QualificationsExperience in project management, operations, or related fieldKnowledge of glass, window, or construction industry a plusStrong organizational and leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteExperience with inventory management systems is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field or a combination of relevant work experience and education.
