We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Representative/Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional support and technical assistance. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help build strong relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine customer service excellence with light duty glass technician services, all while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.DutiesEngage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product or service information with professionalism and enthusiasmPerform data entry accurately into company systems to document interactions, service requests, and resolutionsHandle cash transactions and process payments securely when necessaryConduct outbound calls to follow up on service requests or promote additional products and services that meet client needsMaintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiencesCollaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall customer support qualityAssist in the shop with automotive glass repair and/or replacement, cut flat glass for frames and other projectsKeeping a steady workflow by tidying up the shop and office space as neededAbility to lift 50lbs or lessQualificationsPrevious experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly desirableExcellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with active listening capabilitiesProficiency in general computer skills for data entry and troubleshootingDemonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in typing and data entryStrong knowledge of automotive skills or construction skills are a plusA valid driver's license is a must with no major infractions in the past 5 yearsAbility to work overtime when needed (50+ hours per week)BenefitsIndividual health, vision, & dental plansPaid time offPaid holidaysThis position includes on the job training!Are you self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines?
