Responsibilities Graduate from PLACE Launch Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Conduct two open houses monthly Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services Qualifications Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge Exceptional at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and providing solutions Proficient in prospecting and generating leads Naturally adept at handling objections Excellent communicator with a dedication to service Collaborative team member Licensed real estate agent Over 3 years of experience in real estate sales Strong written and verbal communication abilities Eager to learn and grow Highly organized Open to learning scripts and dialogues Superior time management skills About-our-team Since its inception in 2017, ROC Real Estate Partners has solidified its reputation as a leading force in the real estate sector across the Southwest.
