Job Description
Responsibilities:
Sit in a room at one of 3 facilities and monitor test takers
Help instructors
Work all 3 shifts – will have advance notice for 2nd/3rd shift and they already have several eTesters who prefer 3rd shift
Represent client as first point of contact for students in electronic testing sessions
Adaptability and responsiveness to client requirements and requests for assistance
Maintain assigned testing area’s schedules, equipment, communications and risks/constraints
Monitor testing area by checking‑in all participants, enforcing compliance guidelines within testing environment, replenishing classroom supplies, conducting pre‑requisites and pre‑work checks and post‑session room cleanup
Provide status updates to the Delivery Services Manager weekly, or more frequently, if necessary
Escalate any issues to the Delivery Services Manager in a timely manner
Stay abreast of content requirements in the agreed subject matter areas
Help assist instructors in classes, including handing out papers, helping students with computers and safety in the lab. If candidate excels may be considered for instructor role when coming direct depending on needs at the time of hire
Skills and Knowledge Requirements
Minimum of one year of experience in customer service
Technical aptitude with PC, able to help login and navigate through a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Excel
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
