RCM Case Management Specialist
A company is looking for an RCM Case Management Specialist to manage claims processing and resolve insurance claim denials.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full cycle of Salesforce cases related to RCM inquiries, ensuring documentation and resolution within SLAs
Monitor trends in practice inquiries and report on case resolution efficiency to leadership
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and resolve billing issues, utilizing denial analysis tools
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate
3+ years of experience in a medical billing office or equivalent claims experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
Experience with athenaHealth/athenaOne and Salesforce is highly preferred
Strong understanding of credentialing and enrollment as it relates to claims processing required
