Location: Duluth, Minnesota Role Quality Engineer Responsibilities Contribute to engineering and production processes to meet Vishay quality standards and guidelines. Establish appropriate quality control processes for inbound, in-process, and lab-related QC test routines. Issue non-conformances and conduct root cause analysis to drive corrective actions. Conduct onsite production quality audits and inspections and initiate immediate measures if necessary. Evaluate and report on production quality performance and support definitions of effective measures. Participate in quality meetings with Production and/or Plant Management.
