The role will report to the Sr. Director, Pipeline Forecasting & Analytics. The role is responsible for Global Revenue Forecasting & Analytics for the development stage programs (across oncology & neuroscience). The role will partner with various cross-functional groups to develop, articulate, and maintain these revenue forecasts.This position requires a qualified professional with experience working in a corporate and/or consulting setting. The candidate should have a track record of supporting business decisions, establishing processes & collaborations, guiding team members through assessments, and preparing/ presenting to the senior management.We are looking for someone who combines strategic mindset, excellent problem solving, natural curiosity, humility, and a strong work ethic to join our team. The candidate should have experience working in the biopharma industry with a solid working knowledge of the industry value chain.The role will work with various cross-functional groups to develop, articulate, and maintain a viewpoint on a development stage molecule or program's commercial potential and overall value. The role will primarily work in partnership with Early & Late-Stage Development Teams, Global Commercial Development, Portfolio Management, and Regional Commercial to inform the decisions at R&D Governance, Portfolio Committee, and Strategic Planning.Essential FunctionsOwn the Pipeline Forecasts: Work primarily through a team of analysts to build & maintain molecule forecasts & assumptions. Develop P&L business cases to support decisions.Develop Fit-for-Purpose assessments & forecasts in partnership with relevant stakeholders. Author guidance or reference materials for the pipeline forecasting team.Develop Strategic Analytics: Articulate and frame program and/or molecule specific business questions. Develop analytics to inform governance discussions & decisions.Maintain Cross-functional Partnerships: Work closely with various members of R&D, Global Commercial, Regional BUs, Market Access, Corporate Strategy, and others to develop decision relevant financials and analytics.Inform Consulting Projects: Collaborate with key stakeholders to outline business questions and inform/ shape corresponding market research and consulting projects.Provide Deal Support: collaborate & support corporate development teams on ad-hoc basis.Work Effectively & Positively Across Cross-functional Teams: to understand and inform business decisions for Jazz.Required Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesMinimum 6+ years of relevant experience with time spent in a corporate strategy, equity research, business development or management consulting with focus on biopharmaOpportunity Assessment: Direct experience in market, disease area and product evaluations. Ability to articulate the market and product understanding into a "story with numbers" i.e., scenarios, forecasts, tornado charts, value drivers/ risks, and P&L.Strategic Framing & Analytics : Ability to deliver insightful analysis & synthesis that uncovers choices, trade-offs, and opportunities for the teams.Financial Modeling : Proficient in building excel-based forecast models, P&Ls , and other ad-hoc analysis as needed.Partnering & Collaboration: Track record of cross-functional partnering in solving business questions, and ensuring input & alignment on analysis.Comfort with Ambiguity: Ability to work in a fluid environment and adapt project approaches as internal or external conditions change.Project Management : Ability to plan and tightly manage multiple work-streams while balancing multiple stakeholders.Strong Communication Skills : Excellent communication / presentation skills. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $166,400.00 - $249,600.00Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package.
