Mammography Technologist - Sign-On Bonus up to $7500!Location: Fort Launderdale, FloridaWork Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Key Responsibilities: Performing mammography examinations and assisting with breast biopsiesProducing high-resolution images for radiologist interpretationProviding education to patients on mammography procedures and benefitsDelivering exceptional customer service with a patient-centric approachCollaborating effectively with healthcare professionals and team membersDemonstrating proficiency in mammography positioning and exposure techniquesEnsuring accurate documentation, quality control, and data managementRespecting patient confidentiality and prioritizing comfort Requirements: Completion of accredited radiologic technology programCurrent ARRT certification in RadiographyAdvanced ARRT certification in mammography or MQSA qualificationActive participation in relevant continuing education and clinical experienceHigh School Diploma, with an Associate's degree preferredValid state licensure for practiceProficiency in database and RIS/PACS software is advantageousPreferred minimum of two years of mammography experienceExperience in diagnostic procedures like biopsies is beneficialPrior experience in quality control processes is a plusStrong understanding of medical terminologyCapability to stand for extended periods Why Choose to Work with Us?
