Interventional Radiology Location: Wilmington, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,747 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 3 years required. License: Required. Certifications: ARRT (R and VI OR R and CV). Must-Have: Traveler experience accepted; first-time travelers are not accepted. Description: RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite. Any call-offs or additional RTO could possibly lead to a cancellation. This unit consists of two endovascular hybrid suites in the operating room. The technologist will scrub into endovascular cases to assist the surgeon during procedures. Occasionally, the technologist will operate a C-arm in an open room for vascular surgeons during open vascular cases. The technologist is responsible for running and maintaining the equipment during cases. PACS will be used to pull up imaging as needed. The expected patient ratio is 1:1 during shifts. On-call requirements include one night a week and every third weekend. Working on weekends is also a requirement every third week. There may be a need to participate in response teams during catastrophic events or disasters. Candidates must be comfortable floating within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals based on skill sets and census demands. No RTO is allowed during the first week of an assignment due to orientation. Candidates must work 2 out of 3 major holidays. Venturing into the lab is required within 48 hours after signing. All testing must be completed within 48 hours. Two manager or supervisor references from within the past 12 months are highly preferred. Travelers cannot work more than 5 consecutive days and/or more than 60 hours in a week. All modules must be completed prior to the start of employment and annually thereafter.
