Regulatory Compliance Manager – Tobacco, Vape & Cannabis ProductsLocation: West Palm Beach, FL (On-site) Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Job Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical Regulatory Compliance Manager to oversee the legal and regulatory compliance of our inbound product inventory and multi-state distribution network. In this role, you will be the gatekeeper for products entering our supply chain, ensuring that all items including CBD, Hemp, Delta-9 THC, vaporizers, cigars, and alternative nicotine delivery systems strictly adhere to a complex, constantly evolving web of federal, state, and local regulations. Additionally, you will manage our state-by-state licensing lifecycle and oversee all mandatory monthly reporting to ensure continuous, uninterrupted business operations. Key Responsibilities Inbound Product Verification & State Legality Review inbound shipments for compliance with state and local laws.Verify product legality in destination states and municipalities.Audit Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for hemp and cannabis products.Confirm Delta-9 THC levels remain below 0.3% federally.Verify heavy metals, pesticides, and solvents meet legal limits.Ensure vape products comply with the PACT Act and FDA PMTA requirements. State Reporting & Track-and-Trace Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly state compliance reports.File monthly PACT Act reports with state tobacco agencies.Manage track-and-trace systems such as Metrc and BioTrack.Ensure physical inventory matches state tracking records. Multi-State Licensing & Permits Manage applications and renewals for multi-state licenses and permits.Maintain business registrations and compliance records across jurisdictions.Verify vendors and logistics partners hold active state licenses. Product Labeling & Risk Management Audit packaging and warning labels for regulatory compliance.Ensure compliance with Prop 65, FDA nicotine warnings, and state labeling laws.Maintain age-verification compliance for 21+ products.Develop and update SOPs for receiving, quarantines, and recalls.Stop or flag non-compliant shipments immediately. Qualifications & Skills 3–5 years of compliance experience in regulated industries.Experience in hemp, cannabis, tobacco/vape, pharmaceuticals, or supplements preferred.Strong knowledge of the 2018 Farm Bill, PACT Act, FDA tobacco rules, and state cannabis laws.Experience managing multi-state licenses and regulatory reporting.Ability to review and interpret laboratory COAs.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Experience with compliance software and track-and-trace systems preferred.Additional RequirementsAbility to commute to West Palm Beach, FL Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive regulatory information.Must be authorized to work in the United States.BenefitsEligible for health insurance after 90 days of employment
