Regulatory Affairs Business Analyst

***Local candidates only will be considered for this role***We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Regulatory Affairs Business Analyst to support critical government relations, lobbying, and political compliance activities within a regulated industry. In this role, you'll manage contracts, vendor relationships, documentation, and reporting to support effective regulatory and government affairs operations.Responsibilities:Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory teams, and external partners to prepare and execute contracts for lobbying and political consultantsMaintain accurate contract records and supporting documentation in enterprise systems (SharePoint)Manage tracking reports for lobbyists, consultants, and trade associationsProcess and code vendor invoices for timely and accurate paymentPrepare requests for political contributions and maintain detailed trackingDevelop and deliver quarterly Board of Directors reports on political contributionsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3+ years in a similar role)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and SAP Accounts PayableKnowledge of legal terminology, compliance processes, and governance practices is preferredParalegal or government relations experience is a strong plusExceptional attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesExcellent written communication, proofreading, and editing skillsProfessional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with all levels of managementThis is a great opportunity for a proactive professional who excels in fast-paced environments and wants to apply strong organizational and analytical skills in the regulatory and government affairs space.
