Service Plumber

Service Plumber Compensation: $55,000–$85,000 base + commission Schedule: Full-time | On-call rotation required Role Overview As a Service Plumber, you’ll be the face of the company in customers’ homes - diagnosing issues, making repairs, and delivering exceptional service. What You’ll Do Diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems Perform service calls, maintenance, and minor installs Educating customers on solutions and the best options Maintain accurate job documentation Uphold safety, quality, and customer service standards What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience Apprenticeship or Journeyman status preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Physically able to perform demanding field work Career-minded with a service-driven mindset Benefits & What We Offer We believe in taking care of our team and providing the necessary tools to help them succeed.
