We are currently seeking an HVAC Repair Technician to join our growing residential service team. This role is ideal for a motivated technician who takes pride in their craft, communicates well with homeowners, and is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality HVAC service. What You’ll Do As an HVAC Repair Technician, you’ll be responsible for servicing and maintaining residential HVAC systems while delivering a professional and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Include: Service, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems in customer homes Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, including error codes and performance concerns Clearly explain technical findings and repair recommendations to homeowners in an easy-to-understand manner Participate in an on-call rotation as required, with coverage ending at 8:00 PM Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Uphold company standards for customer service and satisfaction Accurately complete required documentation, reports, and service records Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, supportive work culture What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications: Working knowledge of residential HVAC system operation Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, residential service environment Professional, trustworthy, and respectful demeanor Organized and detail-oriented approach to work Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation Ability to pass background, driving, and drug screenings Compensation & Incentives Base pay range of $45,000–$75,000 annually , depending on experience Uncapped incentives and spiffs $1,500 tool allowance for entry-level technicians OR $5,000 sign-on bonus for technicians with 2+ years of experience Benefits & What We Offer We believe in taking care of our team and providing the necessary tools to help them succeed.
