If you're dependable and passionate about your craft, join us at Rite Wrench!WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A DIESEL MAINTENANCE COORDINATORIf you meet the following criteria, we want you as our Diesel Maintenance Coordinator!10+ years of diesel repair, fleet service, or heavy equipment maintenanceStrong diesel diagnostics and repair experienceComprehensive mechanical knowledge (fabrication, electrical, air brakes, alignment, shocks/struts, tires, assembly)Familiarity with operating heavy equipment, such as forklifts and excavatorsAbility to read schematics and troubleshoot complex systemsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to perform heavy liftingAdditional experience supervising teams or leading shop operations is preferred.DAY-TO-DAYThis full‑time role operates Monday–Friday from 8 AM–5 PM, with possible Saturday hours from 8 AM–1 PM.In this position, you'll support daily workflow by coordinating diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, HVAC systems, and major vehicle systems. You'll oversee maintenance on trucks, trailers, and heavy‑equipment assets, assist technicians with technical challenges, ensure safety compliance, track labor and parts usage, and communicate repair needs and recommendations to customers.
