Join the Reyes Fleet Management team located at our Martin Brower facility in Pompano Beach.We are seeking 2 Diesel Mechanics to work on our fleet of tractors, trailers, and MHE equipment.Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 12:30pm-9:00pmPay: $35.00 - $37.00/hr, depending upon experienceWhy work for Reyes Fleet Management?4 Weeks paid time off + Holiday payYearly performance raisesASE Incentive Pay (up to $2.00 additionally with ASE Certifications)CDL Incentive Pay-($1.00 additionally with active license)Career advancement opportunities 401K with Employer MatchReferral bonuses and Reyes Reward programHealth, dental, and vision coverage including multiple medical plansTool & Boot annual payoutCompany provided uniformsCompany paid Life InsuranceGreat work culture and clean facilitiesFinancial and wellness discounts and much more!Position Responsibilities:Diagnose, rebuild and repair fleet equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units, and related parts)Complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance through the online Enterprise Asset Management systemDiagnoses complex mechanical and electric problems utilizing diagnostic technology/software when applicableCompletes complex and detailed mechanical inspections and repairs with minimal supervisionAdhere to all company, local, state, and federal polices and regulations including DOT, OSHA, and Reyes Fleet Management standards, while ensuring compliance with safety programs, correct selection and use of appropriate tools, PPE, machine guarding, and established best safety practicesThis position may require driving Reyes Family of Businesses, Reyes Fleet Management and customer vehicles, it is regulated by the DOT and requires a current driver qualification file to be maintained as required by the role. The Driver Qualification file includes: an annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check, a successfully completed DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records request from prior employers in the last three years.
