Standard Job DescriptionYou will be the Financial Management for the Finance Operations Team. Our team is responsible for multiple financial activities across FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, and Controller functions.What You Will Be DoingAs a Financial Management professional you will perform comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting while consolidating results and delivering actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited ToPerform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting across FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, and Controller functions.Consolidate financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) for monthly, quarterly, and year‑end reporting.Develop forward‑looking data analytics, visualizations, and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision‑making.Maintain compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and US GAAP policies and uphold internal controls.Provide subject‑matter expertise for proposal development, basis of estimate, and negotiations.Why Join UsWe are seeking a collaborative, detail‑oriented professional who transforms complex financial data into clear, actionable guidance.
