Customer Service Representative, Call Center

Description:We are seeking an experienced, full-time, in-office, Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering the exceptional service were known for.We provide extensive training, competitive pay, eight holidays, paid time off, free parking, comprehensive health insurance, and a generous retirement plan match!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Answer inbound customer calls & reply to inquiries via phone/text/email.Promote products, services, & preventive maintenance plans.Schedule routine & demand calls for service, maintenance, & sales appointments.Interface with call center technology to include CRM, Microsoft platforms, and other automated customer service tools.Make outbound calls to customers as needed.Document customer concerns & resolution.Efficiently route & dispatch on-call Service Technicians as needed.Assist with customer mailings & related projects.Other duties as assigned.Scheduled first shift, M-F, in-office, with rotating Saturday morningsRequirements: High personal integrity and desire to serve othersHigh school diploma/GED required (college experience or degree a plus)2+ years of customer service or call center experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsDependable, patient, and compassionate personalitySelf-motivated with strong organizational abilityStrong computer and data entry skills, to include Word, Excel, and OutlookMulti-lingual ability preferred!Standard Heating, serving the Twin Cities for over 96 years, fosters a dynamic and supportive work environment.
