We offer a supportive, team-focused environment where your growth matters.WHAT YOU WILL DO:As a Customer Service Representative for our Crane and Hoist division, you will develop strong relationships with customers, support Sales Representatives, and focus on invoicing, receiving payments, and ordering parts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Learn about and become part of the industrial Crane and Hoist industry Build and maintain exceptional relationships with internal and external customersProcess invoices for Crane and Hoist division inspections, services, and installationsReceive payments for subcontractor and vendor invoicesAssist with writing and following up on quotes, sales orders, repair orders, purchase orders, and returns Provide support to Outside Sales teamPerform other duties as assignedPAY RANGE:$23-$26 per hour, based on experience.SCHEDULE:Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm.WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:Highly motivatedDetail-orientedAn exceptional work ethicPrevious customer service experiencePrevious experience with Accounts Receivables and/or Accounts Payables preferredAbility to work in a team environmentStrong computer skills and ability to learn new softwareAbility to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional mannerBENEFITS:We care about our people.
