Finance Manager
Position Overview Paisley Park is seeking a Finance Manager to support financial operations, budgeting, and reporting. This role will work closely with leadership to ensure accurate financial management and support organizational priorities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, event-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivablePrepare and maintain financial reports and reconciliationsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementTrack and reconcile event and operational expensesMaintain financial records and internal controlsAssist with payroll coordination and contractor paymentsSupport audit preparation and work with external accounting partnersMonitor revenue and expenses and provide financial insights to leadershipAssist with vendor agreements and financial documentation as neededSupport tax-related documentation and coordination with external tax advisorsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferredCPA certification preferred5+ years of finance or accounting experienceKnowledge of tax compliance, reporting, and coordination with external tax partnersExperience with budgeting and financial reportingStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controlsProficiency in accounting software and Excel/Google SheetsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsWork EnvironmentFast-paced, collaborative environmentEvent-driven schedule with occasional extended hours as neededCompensationSalary – $75 - $85KThis role is responsible for supporting the financial health of the organization through accurate reporting, thoughtful planning, and day-to-day financial oversight.Job Posted by ApplicantPro
