Web Developer (Vue/Node)

Overview We are looking to hire an experienced Web Developer. This position is for individuals with 1-3 years of web development and Vue experience. Qualified candidates must be located in or be able to relocate to one of the following states: Indiana, Ohio, New York, Colorado, or Texas. Sponsorship is not available. Responsibilities Develop custom applications using a web platform Work closely with Project Managers and other Application Developers to design, implement, and maintain systems with a high level of quality Self-starter, with strong sense of ownership on internal and client startups Design screens, write, and test code/scripts Provide recommendations on how technology can transform customer's business Accurate time tracking to deliver projects on budget/on time Regularly communicate in writing tasks accomplished Mentor, train, and reinforce a team of web development professionals through changes to keep pace with emerging technologies Always learning and looking to level up knowledge Requirements 3+ years of experience in either Vue, .Net, or C# Must reside in or plan to relocate to Indiana, Ohio, New York, or Texas Demonstrated ability in building websites using HTML/CSS/JS Either AWS Amplify or Azure deployment experience is required Experience with SQL Server, GraphQL Experience with UI/UX design Strong understanding of REST, JSON, OAuth, XML, OData Excellent communications skills Ability to perform job functions with a minimum of supervision Exhibit signs of creativity and a positive attitude Team player Consistently deliver value to customers Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute Bonus Points Familiarity with AWS Amplify development Familiarity with Tailwind Preferred experience with developing data visualization graphics and interactive content Ability to write end to end and unit tests Ability to provide samples of your development work Experience with Nuxt and Typescript Knowledge of Adobe XD for designing visual mockups Familiarity with EOS methodology What We Offer High-energy collaborative atmosphere Encouraging and supportive work environment Opportunity to work with new technologies Opportunity for professional development and growth Training, mentoring, and opportunity to obtain professional certifications Competitive salary, STD/LTD, health plan, 401k with company match, company contribution to Health Savings Account About DB Services DB Services is a growing digital transformation consulting company based in the Indianapolis area with clients located around the world.
