This innovative approach positions Skin Clique at the forefront of delivering high-quality aesthetic services as an essential part of overall wellness.Position DescriptionAs an Expert Aesthetic Provider at Skin Clique, you will deliver treatments directly to patients at their homes or other preferred settings, following our established safety protocols and best practices.Your ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough treatment and skincare consultationsAdminister Skin Clique treatments such as neurotoxin injections, chemical peels, and dermaplaning to maintain required skillsEducate patients on our services and provide detailed aftercare instructionsMonitor follow-up care to ensure satisfaction with resultsRespond promptly and professionally to patient questions and concernsAdhere to Skin Clique's policies, procedures, and maintain high sanitation and sterilization standardsKeep detailed records of all treatments in our electronic medical record systemPromote Skin Clique's services and products to drive patient acquisition and retentionContribute to a positive work environment by upholding our core valuesAttend and actively participate in training sessions and virtual staff meetingsRequirementsBoard Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)Master's Degree from an accredited NP or PA programCurrent BLS or ACLS certificationAuto-Insurance CoverageAvailability to dedicate 10+ hours per week to growing your Skin Clique practiceCommitment to complete Skin Clique training and demonstrate safe, effective administration of treatmentsProficient fine motor skill for performing procedural treatmentsPreferred experience in patient acquisitionCapability to work independently while collaborating with other Skin Clique providersPositive, friendly, and energetic attitudeMotor SkillsCandidates must possess adequate motor function to interact with patients, assess anatomy and physiology for dosing and treatment planning, perform aesthetic injections and procedures, and provide emergency interventions as needed (e.g., first aid/CPR).BenefitsThis is a 1099 contractor position.
