Required Skills Board Eligible or Certified in UrologyValid PA Medical License and DEA CertificationMinimum of 5 years of clinical experience in general urologyProficiency in performing a broad range of urological proceduresStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively within a team and manage a diverse patient populationNice to Have Skills Experience with EPIC EMR systemPrior experience in ambulatory surgery centers or private practiceAdditional certified training in specialized urology proceduresMultilingual capabilities to serve diverse patient populationsPreferred Education and Experience Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institutionUrology residency completionEligible for board certification in urologyAt least 5 years of inpatient and outpatient urology practice experienceOther Requirements Ability to start by June 29, 2026Willingness to work a schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through FridayAbility to support coverage for approximately 6 weeks per month, with patient volumes averaging 40-70 per dayMust demonstrate strong organizational skills and adaptability to evolving clinical protocolsThis opportunity offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $443.43, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, and a robust referral bonus program.
