Seamstress / Sewing Production Assistant (Part-Time, Hybrid) Location: Fort Worth, TX 76108 Job Type: Part-time About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Seamstress / Sewing Production Assistant to support the creation of various handmade products, including hair accessories and small fabric items. This is an ongoing part-time position with a flexible schedule. The role is hybrid: You will pick up materials weekly from our Fort Worth location. Most sewing work can be completed from home once trained. Occasional in-office tasks or meetings may be required. Responsibilities Sew and assemble small fabric products using provided patterns and templates. Cut fabric accurately and consistently. Maintain high-quality stitching and clean construction. Meet weekly production goals based on assigned tasks. Perform occasional in-office duties such as: Organizing supplies Assisting with packaging or light preparation Completing small production tasks Communicate progress and material needs weekly. Qualifications Preferred: Basic to advanced sewing experience (training can be provided if you have beginner-level skills). Ability to cut and handle fabric precisely. Access to your own sewing machine (strongly preferred but not required). Required: Must be dependable and willing to learn. Able to follow instructions and maintain consistency. Comfortable working independently once trained. Must live in or near Fort Worth, TX (76108). Must be available for weekly in-person material pickup.
