The Production Manager will oversee daily operations of the production department, ensuring schedules are met and quality standards are upheld. Responsibilities include workflow management, team supervision, performance evaluation, inventory control, and implementing process improvements. The manager will also ensure workplace safety, compliance with industry regulations, and collaboration with other departments to meet organizational goals.QualificationsProficiency in production planning, workflow optimization, and schedulingStrong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in supervising staffKnowledge of quality control processes, safety standards, and regulatory complianceFamiliarity with inventory management and supply chain coordinationAnalytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement process improvementsExcellent communication, organizational, and time-management skillsExperience in the aerospace or manufacturing industries is highly desirable
